Attend one of our Learn to Row Clinics to try rowing out. The clinic is designed for one full day to make it easier for parents having to provide transportation. These one day Clinics are typically scheduled during the Spring and Summer. Come learn about rowing in Virginia Beach with us!

One day Learn to Row Clinic cost: $10.00

If the Learn to Row Clinic goes well and you would like to pursue rowing further, you will be invited at the start of the fall season to participate with the team for a two week trial period. Cost to participate for the two week trial period is a US Rowing membership which is currently $25.00.
 

After the two week trial period, if you decide that you want to continue with rowing and it is determined that you can safely, you will be asked to join the team. We compete in fall season regattas and also in spring season regattas. The cost to participate on the team for a season of rowing is currently $350.00.
 

Our fees are all inclusive. Regatta registration fees are included and are not an add on based on regatta participation. Boat hulling fees to regattas are included. There are no added coaching fees associated with regatta participation. For the first race season new rowers are only required to buy a tee shirt and a pair of black shorts if they don’t already have them.
 

We are always looking for new students to join our team of high school rowers. Presently, our crew team is comprised of student athletes from several Virginia Beach high schools with many of our rowers enrolled in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program at Princess Anne High School.
